Ingredients:  Mormon Tea (Ephedra nevadensis)
a plant with a rich history here in Nevada and throughout the west.  Mildly stimulating and supports a healthy respiratory system.
Instructions:  Simmer 1 rounded tbsp per 4 cups lightly for 10 min uncovered. Strain.
