Medicinal Plant Walk June 14th Woodfords Canyon

This small group walk will be led by Leah, sharing her knowledge of local medicinal plants. May's walk will take place within Woodfords Canyon, and we will meetup at Woodfords Station, where the Mad Dog Cafe is located at 9 am. Participants will explore the rich history of plants here on the east side of the Sierra in this sub-alpine setting. This experience reflects Leah’s commitment to connecting people with herbal remedies native to this bioregion. Join us to deepen your understanding of nature’s healing power in an intimate and informative setting.

Participants must be in good physical shape, able to hike at a moderately strenuous uphill level. Bring good hiking shoes, water and your curiosity!
